12 year old Tommer Sun discovers friendly creature images from the reflection of earth in water. They become friends and the creature images help Tommer learn how to take care of the earth so nature can be there for all living creatures. Unexpected excavators change the shoreline and Tommer’s friends are gone. Over time, sadness dissipates and his friend’s messages live on in his heart. Soon, he is ready to meet new shoreline neighbors again, holding the memory of his friends' words of wisdom, and excited to care for nature.
This book is for ages 3 and up.
